Me too, me too! ;P PS: Milling sounds tough! Sprouting sounds better, the only trick is figuring out which of the thousands of at-home-online-order sprout sites to buy your sprouts from. In Korea, people routinely sprout--they actually sell little electronic sprouting appliances where all you do is dump in the beans and add water and check on it in a day or so.
